Just called them for more information. If you are in Canada and placed your orders on Thursday, there will be shipping delays, right now they are overloaded with orders. But we should receive shipping notifications next Monday, Tuesday the latest. That's not too bad. 🙂

I ordered from .ca on Monday and placed two orders but on the first one I was so excited I forgot to change the shipping to express. My second order finally shipped a few hours ago via express, supposed to get here Monday. eta: Still waiting on the first one to ship.

Just got an email saying The touch my body powder is back ordered by 2 weeks. Maybe I should try my luck with preorder for the store or try my luck with Nordstrom and Macy's. I got lucky last year with the Oh Darling SF and found it the day it launched in store at Macy's....in 2 weeks I probably will be over it lol

@misscg  booo! I received my backorder emails last night, nbd right, I can wait a couple weeks.. NOPE just received cancellation emails for my shadow brush and the coral blush.. big big big BOO! I'm going to go to the counter tomorrow and see if I can get a preorder in, I realllllly don't want to do department store website stalking!

@shimmerbait Yup same here. Received the cancellation email not too long ago. Really sucks they did that because when I ordered yesterday afternoon it said in stock. Then it said back ordered and was still allowing ppl to checkout all for it to just be cancelled now. I should have preordered yesterday and now I think the stores may be closed. This is too hectic lol.

@pinkrosecupcake yeah I placed two separate orders, I ordered the blush and then went back for the brush, but both were fully cancelled

Eta: these were orders placed yesterday afternoon, not Monday

Is there anyone whose orders from Monday are still processing? 

I've placed an order today with no problem. But I am an anxious person. I've heard people who got their orders canceled from Selena Collection. Since the Mariah Carey Collection is so popular, I am worried. Please tell me I am thinking too much and I should be patient. Thanks!

Mine is still processing from Monday too. My order from last Friday is finally coming tomorrow!! Super slow but understandable.

@pinkrosecupcake yes my Mariah early launch order is still processing. I'm Obsessed and spent over $50, so it should've automatically been shipped 2-day after processing but it's not moving. When I ordered there wasn't the disclaimer about the additional processing days either.

Aw the people receiving their orders from Monday are so lucky! Mine hasn't even shipped yet and I ordered as soon as it dropped. 😭😭 These swatches are helping me be patient though! 😄

So happy to see that I'm not alone- I always have that moment of panic that my order fell off the conveyor belt, never to be seen or shipped again! I'll keep obsessively checking the site until I get those little glittery lippies and body powder in my hands!

SAME!  I called MAC about it and they said that there's just a delay in shipping because of the holiday sale.  This is so cruel!

Everything is back in stock on the US site except for My Mimi powder! 😄

Update: Butterfly Bling and Dream Lover glosses are gone now.
