Ugh The Bay still has a problem with the shadows... it's messing up my orders.

@TeaCupGirl I think it's nearly all up on The Bay now. How funny that they have it before MAC direct. 

eBates is currently higher for The Bay than MAC, plus there's a general beauty GWP (mystery samples).

@veronika23 Ugh, that's annoying. I didn't try to grab any of them this morning so I haven't checked. 

@Anewxa Which ones are giving you problems? I had cart errors all of yesterday... today seemed fine though.

@lachaton mainly with the copper and peach palettes. I guess I will have to go down to a mac counter and preorder now. The new preorder system is so odd, I have to purchase a gc for the pre-sell to use against the purchase on the day of launch. And if there are any refunds they go back to gc only. This was told by both bay and freestabding Mac. Must be something new or I just haven't stalked anything for a while lol.

@Anewxa I picked up the face palettes without any issues that's so annoying! I can't understand why it doesn't work most of the time. 

It it looks like they're starting to list them as coming soon on the MAC site. So there's that option, too...

@lachaton seems it's only the shadows but it's messing up the orders I had planned... 20 off 100 with bay cc BEAUTY9

@lachaton@veronika23I wonder if it is coz some items arent fully up or maybe oos and their system is so terrible at updating..or could be they won't allow discounts for new collections now. They need to re do their website. 😑

@lachaton @Anewxa I called again and informed them of the problems with the shadows... +1 is missing... I hope it gets fixed asap but can take 2-4 business days... and called earlier this week so I hope it gets fixed today... I am waiting on that to place 2 more orders... ugh.
