@SunnysmomI like simpler routines too but I do end up with more products at night time.  It's just the way it is now... serum for this... serum for that... you know. 😄 But again it's very personal... some might like all those products while other don't. Whatever works for you right! If you have a problem with dryness you might want to try Consonant HydrExtreme. It's sold on Sephora but only in Canada. In the US you can get it for much cheaper at Costco. It's a very lightweight serum (almost like water) that really hydrates your skin. Gets rid of dry patches too. Sometimes I have eczema patches that show up on my body and use this and it helps so much. I swear by it and it's a must have for me. You can apply directly to your face or add a drop or two in your moisturizer before applying. Best part, it only has 2 ingredients! I sound like a broken record because I've mentioned it so much but I really do love it.

@veronika23 Well I probably should use more steps in my routine! 🤣 I have never heard of that product - I will see if I can find it and check it out. Sounds good. Good old S Cal gets dry that’s for sure and it probably is just what I need. Thank u so much for all your advice V. Really do value you. 😘And I haven’t heard you mention so it’s not a broken record to me! ☺️

Let me know if you ever find/use it. I think I read a while back that someone contacted the company and they sent out some samples for her to try... so that's something to look into as well. You're welcome. 🙂 And thanks for all your thoughts as well! I will pay close attention to the lipstick sitting on top vs sinking in. You're awesome @Sunnysmom!

Ooh @veronika23 that’s awesome if they do send out samples, I’m going to investigate now! Will also let you know if I can try it. And I’m most likely nutty and you will probably love the way the lippie works for you. 🙄😊 I’m too fussy I guess. We spend enough so I want them to be so good. Why we always searching for new best best best maybe! You’re the best V- mutual admiration society! 😘

I like the face compact in medium/deep. Those swatches look great (eventhough I would use the brown color for eyeshadow since it's dark) The highlight and blush look great. I purchased the Nars compact like this last year and really like it.

@TraceyEB @veronika23  I just asked customer service and they said there is a technical issue on the site that they are currently working on and that they hope it will be available today still. 

I love that I got a quick, straight to the point answer from them without fighting like I do with Sephora customer service cause they don't actually answer my question and just give me copy and pasted paragraphs of nothing.

Which shadow? Just Chilling? Or the palette? So many items still say coming soon. What a crap launch. Just Chilling wasn't even on the list of shadows when I called my counter to do a pre-order. Also if you are going to The Bay that day they have an event that if you spend 75$ + and give your points for that transaction to breast cancer charity you get 10$ off... Something like that anyway. lol

I wanted Joy To and Major Win.  I didn’t see them before when I searched the collection but I found it now!  I think I’ll just get joy to and snowflushed for now until I can swatch.  I agree this launch was bad.  US got early access to the sets last week as well and we didn’t. @veronika23
