Vibe Tribe isn't online yet for some reason. I was told you could place a phone order but if you wanna see the products to check back on the site at 10 am.  This doesn't happen often. I'll try to keep checking and report back.

UPDATE! MAY 12th/11am EST

Called MAC and they were told it's been delayed and should launch on the 16th... BUT that's not even a sure thing.... so at this point who knows... Usually when a screw up like this happens I check the site but aim for the counter/store release... in this case it's the 19th. That usually doesn't change even if they had problems online. In this case I want a few items that are online only so guess I'll be checking the site 😞

I'm to lazy to call but might if that's the way to order. I'm looking at temptalia's site to get the names of the stuff I want in case I call.

I was able to order a few products over the phone  but not the online only stuff.

I'm on the phone now and it looks like I can't order it yet since it's not online. Is it different for the Canadian site?

@misscg @kissXmakeup  YES I am in Canada. I ordered at like 9 am. I called asked why it wasn't online... they said check back at 10 but could take my order now... this was before they were told it would launch Monday... so it's either I got lucky and ordered before they were told of the new launch or Canada has different rules than the US....

I just chatted with a rep on MAC's website and she told me it wasn't available online until May 16th.. Interesting. I'm going to call.

Just called MAC, I was told the collection was supposed to have launched an hour ago & they use the same ordering platform that we do. So basically, just be glued to your screen until it decides to show up. 😛

I'm getting the hot chocolate lippie and the dawn at dusk gleamtones powder. I am debating whether to get the call of the canyon quad.. I can't seem to decide!

I'm also on the fence about the quad... I can probably dupe it... and since I collect and different compacts have different designs I need to cute somewhere lol 😄

Oh, I know I totally have comparable shades in other palettes I already own.. This quad is more of a collector's choice 😛 But... Do I really want to spend $33 just because.. I mean I appreciate the pops of color, but I kinda just wanted neutrals 😛

well that's crap...it wouldn't surprise me though. Summer and Holiday tend to launch on a Monday.

@veronika23 I think holiday launches in two parts and that's why? Idk. If they don't launch until the 16th, then we might be able to get it at nordstroms first. I think usually it launches at Nordstroms Sunday night.

@sungelly87 oh yes. There's always a 2 part to the Holiday collection.  The one with the sets usually launches a bit later but you can pre-order.  I've seen a few launches pushed back to Mondays but it's rare and never made a connection to holiday or summer...

I'm in Canada so I don't really buy from Nordies online. Too expensive. I usually buy from The Bay (kinda like Nordies) they also sometimes get it online sooner. The counter/stores launches are always a Thursday and The Bay online might be Tuesday....

My initial plan was to get mostly everything from The Bay but saw some people talk and the collection rolling out in the UK and they were saying some items are selling out fast... so I was able to place an order with MAC way early (before they knew of the chance) for certain items...  I know I want some items that are online exclusives so I dunno... I guess I'll wait and see at this point lol... Maybe I'll get the online only stuff and the rest from The Bay because you get points.  Really mad that Canada doesn't have a loyalty program with MAC.  I know it's owned by EL but MAC was created in Canada so it's a **bleep** slap in the face not to have that.  I've been buying MAC from the 90's and they never gave products away or discounts.
