Disappointing for rouge and loyal members

I spent a lot of money during this sale and yes I was taking advantage of the 20% off I was afforded as a rouge member. I am still waiting for 5 packages to arrive but of the dozen I have received …. Where are my samples???? I mean, I am loyal I only purchase my products through Sephora and I rely on samples to see what my next purchases might be but it feels even a little disrespectful to ignore my requested samples when Sephora is offering these. I wasn’t asking.  I have only received 3 perfume and one skincare sample out of more than 12 packages @ 2 samples per package …. ???????   

I hope customer service sees this post. No one returned my inquiry.
