Chanel info

Hello everyone 🙂 I am new to trying Chanel beauty adding to my Dior collection I decided to try some new things. I don't live near a Chanel botique and the nearest Nordstrom is about 1.5 hours from my house. I'm interested in finding a SA that will not only help me with limited releases but also hook up with some goodies that I see alot get on tiktok. I went to Nordstrom today to make a purchase and was told there are no buy ins and that Chanel doesn't do that. I looked at the SA confused as I see alot of people who got makeup bags and such with $150 buy ins. How do you decide where to make your purchase to gain the goodies? I'm used to getting so much with dior. Is there a way to also know what each store buy ins are so I can decide which is the best? I make a $100 purchase today and received a free sample of mascara. If I would have purchased directly on Chanel site I would have had 2 samples.
