Will reach VIB with my next purchase

Hey, so I will need 31 bucks to reach VIB, amd my next order will be around 45CAD, less than 50CAD which means I have to pay for shipping, but I got an email saying my VIB WELCOME GIFT will be 10% off, free makeover and free shipping. So how do I get that offer with my next purchase?

You'll get an email with your codes after you reach VIB, which means you can't use it on your next order.

I've been rouge long enough that I've forgotten what the shipping charge is...is it more than $5? If so, you'd be better off to find a $5 item to get free shipping on your next order instead of paying $5+ for the shipping charge and having nothing to show for it.
