Having a lot of hair breakage and thinning.  What is the best product to use?

Breakage and thinning are two separate issue. Breakage is generally caused by either chemical damage or heat/mechanical damage. Thinning hair can be due to a handful of different issues such as heredity, nutritional deficiencies, stress, illness etc. Which issue are you looking to treat first?
