i need help quick!!

i went to a summer camp for 9 weeks straight and swam in a pool every week day so my hair became very damaged from the chlorine, and my scalp has white flakes that i can’t seem to get rid of. i’m 100% sure it’s not lice, but no matter what products i use it doesn’t go away. every time i scratch my scalp little white flakes get in my nails so please help me!!
