dry and dull hair

Hello, I have mild eczema on my scalp but it gets better now with the weather, but even though my hair so dry from the middle to the end and very dull. Also I get a very sensitive scalp sometimes when I'm using a new product. Can I get a highly recommended, and fast showing result products that can help my issue, also it would definitely be better if its natural and organic products it makes me way easier for me. @arwaensour I hardly wash my hair anymore!  I fell in LOVE with DPHUE - Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse

This stuff is amazing!!! It is color safe and you can use it every day if you want! I was sooo skeptical until I tried it! I use a good amount, and then massage it into my hair and let it sit for like 5 mins while I wash my body and then I rinse it out! It doesn't leave the ACV smell in your hair either! It's amazing!!! It is so soft and shiny after! And sooo clean!!!
