@NadiaDenisse Thank you for this reminder. I received a JVN set during the holidays that I have not touched yet. I’ve been using the pre-shampoo oil though. I love it. But I also love my fable & mane and Ceremonia pre shampoo oils as well.

Yes, L'Oreal owns Kerastase, but also owns Redken. Kerastase is the high end line of L'Oreal and has a devoted customer base (including me), even though it is expensive. About the purple Kerastase shampoo you bought, which I also use, a stylist this week advised me not to use it every shampoo, and to use it less regularly instead, once every 2 weeks or so.

Hey everyone! I’m looking to try out some new shampoos for oily, colour-treated (blonde hair). I naturally have dirty blonde hair and get highlights done once every 3-4 months. I currently double shampoo (once with purple shampoo followed by a regular shampoo) and do a hair mask with each wash (wash my hair once every 5 days).Looking for a shampoo that can be used with each wash, offers hydration (without contributing to oily hair), and is colour-safe.

I have very thick, straight hair. It is a conversation starter literally every time I have been to a salon despite me warning them beforehand that it is a lot denser than it appears. My issue is it gets so fluffy! I do not deal with frizz and my hair is super healthy, it just is so thick it ends up fluffing out so much once it is dried and brushed. The only thing I have found that helps tame the fluff is using a straightener, but I don't want to continually put that much heat on my hair. Any recommendation of products or tips from others who deal with this?

Hey @dbydaniel , Congrats on your surgery!I would really recommend talking with your medical team as opposed to getting recommendations here, just because we're not privy to your specific needs. Hair loss after a major surgery is common unfortunately, due to the actual physical stress of surgery. Keep taking your specialty multivitamin and meet your dietary needs.

@Shauna22 If you're looking for a detangling product, I absolutely recommend the Unite 8-Second Detangler which works incredibly well without weighing my hair down. As far as a leave-in, have you considered trying a lightweight hair oil? You might try the Kérastase Mini Elixir Ultime Hydrating Hair Oil Serum 1.7 oz/ 50 mL, Verb Ghost Weightless Hair Oil, or the Vegamour Mini HYDR-8 Weightless Repair Hair Oil 0.5 oz / 15 ml .

I’ve been bleaching my hair for 10 years. The key is no no no no heat. Leave the salon with a deep conditioner on your hair for a few hours then rinse. Always use a leave in conditioner in your hair after washing!I use a conditioner by Amika called soul food. I also oil my hair with 3 oils twice a week. Having trouble tagging so I will do my best on spelling.Vegamor on scalp onlyK18 on split endsBriogeo damage repair oil on middle lengths of hair
