Yellow hair; cheap effective toners?

I bleached my brother’s hair and it went yellow blonde, he’s super pissed 🙊 does anyone know of any good toners?

You can also buy a vegetable hair dye thats purple and mix it in with a loooot of conditioner (doesn't matter which kind) and it serves as a cheap toner!

Hey there, @BeccaJanelle! I agree with @WiscyKristi & @greeneyedgirl107 that Wella Color Charm toners are an easy, inexpensive, and effective way to go. The product can be ordered online and is carried at many stores (such as Sallly's) all depending on your location. The best part, in my opinion, is that there are many different shades/strengths to choose from to customize how much yellow that you want to pull out or leave in. I used this on my mother once (in color T10 - Pale Blonde) when she tried to lighten her own hair but it came out orange 😆 Hope all the responses help!
