What works to grow hair?

Hello Beauties! I am new to this so I apologize if there's a million answers for my question. I've been trying to grow my hair long YEARS! I haven't colored my hair in over 5 years. I rarely use heat anymore. I am currently pregnant and taking prenatal vitamins but i can't get my hair to grow past my shoulders. Does anyone have any recommendations on products I can use to help my hair grow? Thank You in advance. =] One more thing...my hair is wavy/straight.
