I apply and coat all my hair, from my roots to ends. I let it sit 5-10 minutes. Rinse. Then shampoo. If my hair is very dirty I shampoo first, then Redkin and then shampoo again. But the instructions are on the bottle!

I used it once a week for about 2 months. And now, once a month or rarely.

It was actually more on his general hair care tips. Specifically, how to properly wash your hair! And to use leave in conditioner right after the shower. That really helped my greasy frizzy hair. And in terms of products, I only bought 1 of his recs and it was a game changer - Redkin acidic bonding concentrate. Now I use it once a month for up keep. Helpful bald man haha

@greeneyedgirl107 - I like The Lab Muffin, Manes by Mel, and Gena Marie.  Manes by Mel has some on going from curly to straight.   I don't think I've ever seen Gena Marie straighten her hair.  Michelle is all about the science behind beauty and debunking the misinformation other influencers spread.  She has a book called the Science of Beauty.  Worth a read, especially if you can borrow it from your library.

@greeneyedgirl107 I have wavy hair (2a/2b) and I get pretty good results from using the AirWrap. The COLOR WOW Dream Coat Supernatural Treatment Spray for Frizzy Hair helps, too. I don't think the AirWrap is a necessity it's just easier for me to put tension in the hair using that vs a blowdryer and brush since my hair is super long. Keeping tension in the hair is the key for a smooth blowout.

@makeitup305 I was looking at the airwrap and was disappointed to see it's 1300 watts.  I use a dryer that is 1875.  Do you think it's strong enough? 

I emailed Dyson and they said it's powerful, but...

Sorry for the late response @greeneyedgirl107 I find that mine is enough for me, but I don't have enough experience with hair dryers to be able to compare. However, the new Airwrap Co-anda2x 1700 watts if that's closer to what you're looking for.
