Tip for hormonal hair loss!!

It's working so well I had to share.  Tl;dr pumpkin seed oil supplements!

I have been dealing with hormonal hair loss off and on for a few years as I go through perimenopause.  I have used Rogaine for Women before and it worked, but the side effects made me stop.  (I can't take any hormones due to a history of blood clots, estrogen is not an option for me.)  Over the last year my hair loss had been quite bad, enough to push my hairline back and cause tons of drain clogs.  I finally did some Google-fu and discovered that pumpkin seed oil is recommended as it seems to stop the formation of DHT, the bad testosterone that causes male pattern baldness and hair loss during menopause.

I noticed right away that I stopped losing as much hair but I waited over two months to make sure, and...I HAVE SIGNIFICANT NEW HAIR GROWTH OVER AN INCH LONG!!!!  I added one supplement a day to my pill planner, and it's working!!!  I'm not recommending any specific brand or even dosage because I don't know that much about it, but I had to order some online (it's not common in stores) and what I got was 1000mg and that's what is working for me.

FYI, pumpkin seed oil is a healthy fat, full of fatty acids and phytosterols.

I'm not selling anything, I just would feel bad if I didn't share this because I know how many women experience this same hair loss and I know how many products I have spent money on that didn't work.  I hope this helps!!!

Girls, remember self-treatment may be harmful. I consulted a nutritionist and other doctors, it turned out I have a vitamin deficiency. As a result, hair loss and skin problems. I applied to because market customer service, they helped to choose supplements due to the doctor's recommendations. Hope it will be effective.

So happy you posted this and are having good luck!  I have just started PSO also, I can't wait to see results like you have.  Thanks for sharing, it gives me hope! ♥
