Thinning hair

Hi, I have very fine and now thinning hair, what can I use that truly works?

I used rogaine foam for women and it worked for awhile with new baby hairs and hair felt thicker. I recently stopped using it because I wanted to give it a break. Apparently you have to keep using it though to see improvement. I want to try Vegamor and see if that works it’s a more natural hair thinning solution.

@lulu876 @Sksteele yes, I heard that Rogaine is quite effective but it does have a lot of side effects. Not the most natural product out there. I recommend you to go see a trichologist and ask directly to the doctor what's the best for your hair.
