🤔Anyone else notice a difference in the shampoo?? I’ve been buying it for the last 2 years steady and I love the consistency of it when I first bought it. So smooth and very well mixed. For the past 6 months I’ve bought it 2 times and it seems to be chunky. The consistency of it as not smooth it looks very different. I talked to the sales associate and switched it 3 times and I had the same issue. They told me it was probably because it was cold and the coconut had solidified but it felt different. Anyone else seeing the same thing??

Yes!! @MichiMetz I bought it when it first came out, it didn't look like that at first, but after about 2 months ( because I rotate shampoos) it was disgusting like that, I unfortunately won't purchase again

I just bought a travel set and the shampoo in the travel set is fine. I’m so disappointed because I love the way it feels and smells.
