@BinksCrash I used to have very dry, fine hair, with a lot of damage and constant breakage. After about 16 months of using Alterna Caviar Repair products, my hair is thicker, hydrated, and super soft. My hairdresser can’t get over how much my hair has transformed. Here are the specific products I would recommend:

Alterna Caviar CC Cream

I use the shampoo, conditioner, and CC cream daily. However, I only use the protein cream once per week. I saturate my hair with it (usually on Sunday mornings after washing my hair), comb it through, and let my hair air dry. That leaves it soft and manageable for the next week.
