Scalp scrub benefits?

I’ve noticed that my hair is always oily after 1x day. I’ve tried detox shampoos but these are fairly harsh — are there any recommendations for oily hair to calm it down? Is there anything to scalp scrubs here?

I wouldn’t use a scalp scrub for oily scalp, it’s more for dry scalp. 
You have a detox shampoo, that’s great, now you need a balancing shampoo. If you just detox this will dry out your scalp and it will produce more oil.

Thank you so much! Would you recommend using a balancing shampoo every time for oily hair or is this 1x per week and rotated with others like detox shampoo?
