Produtcts to help stop shedding hair

Please can you help decide what products really work to help stop loosing my hair the cause is that for almost 2 years I have been having sever stress causing shedding of my hair. At first it was a handful of hair after taking a shower. I started using VEGAMOUR products and the vitamins it help a little but that's not strong enough l. I'm thinking of purchasing the VERAMOUR Advance shampoo,  conditioner, and the Serum. I been trying to do some reacher but I'm getting more confuse and stress. Can anyone recommend a routine, products that would work? Do you think the VERAMOUR Advance will work?
