Products for over proteinated hair?

Looking for product recommendations, conditioner or shampoo and conditioner, for hair that has too much protein. I have thin fine wavy hair that has been lightened but isn’t overly processed, just full of protein for all these protein products out there now lol. TIA 🙂 

Additionally- I haven’t been using any drying purple shampoos. I’ve  working from home thus I wash my hair once a week and do not use any hot tools. Hair should not feel this dry for how nice I’ve been to it 😞

What are “all these protein products” that you’ve used that you think have over proteinized your hair? Plant based protein hair products, which are 99.99% of hair products that contain protein, CANNOT cause protein overload.

When my hair gets this way, I switch to the Amika Soulfood mask.  I dont think it has any protein.
