Over damaged hair

I went to the hairdresser last week and she over worked my hair, I had nice curly hair and now they are so burnt they dont even curl no more. I have no natural oil left, when washed there so fragile I cant even brush them.. what should I use to get my hair back ? Please help a sista out !

Living Proof "Restore Mask Treatment"- this stuff is worth its weight on gold. I have untreated but very brittle, frizzy and thick hair (I use a lot of heat styling tools) and this product basically saves me from having to get a trim every month! I put it on dry/damp, clean hair and let it sit in for 20 mins- the instructions say 5 mins but thats deff not long enough!

Avocado mask def works and try mayo mask as well it made my hair super strong Get a trim and maybe try coconut oil heard that works if not try castor oil heard that it makes hair grow

you might have to get a trim girl, try and see if you can find a salon that will do an Olaplex treatment it does wonders. I wouldn't even bother shampooing at this point just conditioning and using restorative oils like grapeseed and avocado. Hope this helped, I'm sorry that happened to you!
