Olaplex recommendations

Hello ladies! I wanted to know if olaplex is recommended on non colored hair? I do not dye or bleach my hair, but I do have split ends, and dry hair mostly towards the bottom. I do cut my hair regularly. I wanted to know if olaplex is only for colored hair and if not which would you recommend for my hair type? I have wavy hair & im looking for a good shampoo & conditioner to hydrate/repair/strengthen/calm frizziness, any recommendations or any other shampoo brand I should try?
