Thanks for reaching out! Olaplex is unlike any other mask. It works on the internal structure of the hair to repair the bonds that make up the strength and structure of our hair. Because it contains no protein, you can use this treatment along with any other of your favorites. Even the same day! 
Start with clean, damp hair, apply No.3, let process for a minimum of 10 minutes then shampoo, rinse, and apply perfect hair day night cap!
