Olaplex 3 Hair Loss

I thought I was investing in the best when I purchased Olaplex #3 and #4, but instead, my hair started falling out in clumps. My hairline is receding, and my once beautiful, thick, shiny hair now looks like straw. My hair has become extremely thin. I wouldn't risk it!  The company is taking no responsibility.  I was using it correctly and always let my hair air dry.
