Need help with dry and frizzy hair

I have long wavy hair 2B/C and I stay in Florida. My hair is super frizzy these days. I started trying out different products and none of them are helping me out. Can someone help me to choose shampoo and conditioner for regular use and leave in/ frizz control options 

Right now I am using Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal + Coconut Oil Micro-exfoliating Scalp Scrub Shampoo 8 oz/ 236 mL and Briogeo Be Gentle, Be Kind™ Avocado + Kiwi Mega Moisture Superfoods Hair Mask 8.0 oz/ 240 mL 

and OUAI Detangling and Frizz Fighting Leave In Conditioner 8 oz/ 240 mL and Gisou Honey Infused Scalp Treatment Serum 3.4 oz/ 100 mL 

After I started using these products, my scalp feels itchy. Not sure what to do

I went to sephora store and they have suggested these products except for the ouai leave in. So I started using them.
