Need help for healthy hair!

Hi my name is Sydney first day in the community. I am in search of a good hair care routine along with recommended products and community favs. 

-Things to know about my hair and environment

I am a graduated 17 year old who works in a greasy and hot fast food environment. 

Hair type 2a/2b

long thick hair 

Dirty blonde (I have gotten my hair highlighted twice)

Current hair/scalp problems are dry hair, flaky scalp, and sometimes oily scalp.

I have had the habit of always using different shampoos and I want to hear what you guys have to say so I can stick too the same products. and not use a different kind each time.

There is nothing wrong with switching up your shampoo/conditioner. I rarely use the same shampoo/conditioner twice in a row unless I’m in love with it. 
Because of your work environment, I would use a clarifying shampoo once a week Davines SOLU Clarifying Shampoo 8.45 oz / 250 ml 

Then a gentle scalp shampoo/conditioner Davines DEDE Delicate Daily Conditioner 8.93 oz / 250 ml  Davines DEDE Delicate Daily Shampoo 8.45 oz / 250 ml
