My hair won't grow!!

Any one have recommendations for shampoo/conditioners or any kind of hair product to help it be healthy and grow!?

Hello.  I do have a few tips for you but you have to keep in mind that hair goes through growth cycles so you may be going through a latent phase right now.  

1. Massage your scalp in the shower when washing your hair to increase circulation.  

2. Use a daily biotin supplement to help your hair and nails grow stronger. 

3. Coconut oil hair masks a few times a weekl

keep hair moisturized so you'll experience less breakage.  Less breakage equals longer periods between trims.   Also, rubbing a dime sized amount of coconut oil between your hands and working it into your ends is great for frizz control;) 

4.Make sure you're eating lots of protein whether it be from meat or other sources Since hair is made up of protein.
