My hair needs help

I had a massive stroke in 2019 and my waist legth hair was shaved so I could have surgery to remove the clot it’s been a little over a year now and my hair has grown past my shoulders but it’s very thin and falls out easy I used to have thick curls now it looks thin and whispyany advice on what to do

Use a silk pillowcase & deep conditioning mask. Only wash your hair 2x per week.
