Low Porosity Hair - Shampoo Recs

Hi all! I am a male in my 20s and am looking to improve my hair's health. I have straight/wavy and thick hair. No matter what I do my hair seems to always be dry and frizzy. I recently decided to invest in quality hair products and am using Fable and Mane's hair mask and cooling scalp mask. I am now looking to invest in the right shampoo for my hair. With that said, Im all ears for recommendations on the best shampoo for my hair type.

I have the same issue (female over here) I've recently started using Fable and Mane pre shower oil and castor oil on my ends. I leave them for at least an 1-2 hours before showering then when I start my shower. I always start with my mask or conditioner on my ends first and let them set while I double wash my scalp/top section.

I also rotate between amika the kure, Redken acidic bonding and  k18. Love them all but I'm always rotating it 

All this have improved my hair alot along with oiling my ends every night and brushing my scalp
