Looking for an anti humidity spray to hold curls in New Orleans :)

I have very straight, fine, hair. Lots of it but, each strand is literally nearly invisible when held up individually.   It is also as straight as can be. 

I am heading to New Orleans at the end of the month and need a spray that will hold Ringlet type curls around my face all night. 

What are your favorite anti humidity curl preservers?
