Long Hair Problems

Hey guys, 

Would love your advice if you guys can advice me what kind of hair treatments you guys do to look after your hair. I have fine hair but not that thick hair.. somewhere in the middle. Looking for something that can work. Just want something for my daily routine and also on days that I’m going out for a party.

I have long, coarse, and very thick hair. Hot oil treatments to increase hair growth worked for me when I had thin hair (due to stress, and living in a polluted environment). I suggest investing in a good deep conditioning treatment and using good conditioners to prevent split ends.
