Limpy hair

I use to have soft thick hair but over the years not sure what is going on if it’s stress or hormonal. Trying to experiment on different shampoo and conditioner brands I was verb and that didn’t really do any change. I tried bio silk and hair looks soft at first after blow drying but after end of day my hair is flat and feels thin and not that fluffy thickness I also have ouai detox mini size but how long do you need to wait for results ?

any recommended high quality shampoo and conditioners you would recommend I try thanks
