Heat protection for fine hair

I was hoping to get some help! I have fine thin hair and I am looking for a heat protector and detangler that won’t weigh my hair down and feel gross.  I’ve tried the living proof one and it made it look nice but I could not run my hands through it at all.  Before that I was using miracle 10 and my hair loved the chemicals however my face did not and it weighed it down a lot.  Also if you have any good ideas for shampoo and conditioner let me know I use ghost now and it kind of dries it out! Thank you!

@sweetdee88 For my hair (fine, super long, platinum blonde) most dedicated heat protectants make my hair crunchy or dull, so i prefer to use a product that does something else as well as heat protection. I.e. adding shine, smoothing, volume, conditioning, ect. This 10-in-1 CC product from Alterna is one of my favorites and does so much with so little product. I pair it with their Infinate color hold serum for added shine. Both of these are very light weight and shouldn't weigh down hair. 

As for your shampoo and conditioner question, I love the ghost shampoo but find that the conditioner doesn't give me the moisture that my ends so desperately need. Try something along the lines of Briogeo's Biotin Volumizing conditioner, Briogeo just gets it right with conditioners. I also love Alterna's OG conditoner, Caviar Anti-Aging Replenishing Moisture conditioner, not too heavy and gives new life to dry hair. Hope this helps!

I can’t use the briogeo though because it leaves a film on my hair as well 😫
