I wanna make my hair smooth and silky abc make it grow faster! How do I do that!!

I’d take a good look at your food intake and see if you’re getting enough fats, omegas, protein, etc. when I’m lacking in nutrients my hair sucks; now I eat a really colourful and nutrient dense food selection which has really

helped in growing out my hair. 

To keep it healthy while it grows out I depend on Olaplex No. 3 Hair Repair Perfector, I use this treatment every 2-3 weeks to keep my strands strong at the ends but the it won’t speed up rate of growth.

@hattiebaddie2 For smooth and shiny hair, I use amika The Kure Multi-Task Repair Treatment or amika Flash Instant Shine Hair Gloss Mask 6.7 oz / 200 mL , and COLOR WOW Mini Dream Coat Supernatural Spray Anti-Frizz Treatment 1.7 oz/ 50 mL .

For silk and smooth you can try using Kérastase Chronologiste series (masque mainly)! I have been using ut since two years and my hair has been so healthy, smooth, and silky!!
