Hair

Ever since I was younger I always pulled my hair too tight and it causetge hair in the back to stop growing and be very thin and I want me hair to grow back  I have long natural curly hair someone please help

It sounds like Traction Alopecia (I’m not diagnosing you, please visit a trichologist or derm) most of the time it can be reversed as long as the follicle isn’t permanently damaged, which again you need to see a trichologist or dermatologist for.
