Hair product recommendations

Hi Everyone,

it’s been a while since I moved to Toronto,Canada and I am experiencing hair fall and hair thinning. I have tried Amika shampoo,biotin,moroccanoil shampoo but still facing the same issues. Would appreciate any suggestions or advice on the same.

I have done a haircut too recently. And I wash my hair alternative days since my scalp gets oily and itchy if I don’t wash for 2-4 days and breaks more!

We have weird water in Toronto, this is part of the problem. If you are able to, pick up/order from Amazon a shower head called “Sprite”, it’s super easy to install and it removes all the gunk in our water.
