Hair problem

My whole life I struggle finding the right product'(s) to help my hair. But for some reason my hair wouldn't grown as fast as I would want it. And I know I have to be eating healthy in order for it to work, and work out too. In order for it to work. 

 

But I want to buy this product call ( Glycolic acid exfoliation scalp scrub ). I wanted to know if it worth buying.
