Hair oil for dry damaged hair

Hi there! What’s the best hair oil for dry/damaged hair? I’ve got highlighted hair I do not blow dry nor use hot iron tools.. olaplex is ok but it’s not doing the job.. I use surface shampoo and conditioner with no. 3 olaplex occasionally and no.6 after..... help!!!

@sarah264 I use shu uemura Essence Absolue Nourishing Protective Oil - Travel Size 1 fl oz/ 30 mL
