I'm in the process of healing my hair and trying to get it back to the long, luscious locks it was before I had tried to go completely blonde. (I hate myself for ever trying all-over blonde and frying my hair! 😞 ) Now that I've got all the damage cut off, I'd love to learn some tips and tricks to help grow out my hair and keep it healthy.

Moisture moisture moisture moisture!  Moisturize those dry ends as much as possible. Good shampoo and use a deep conditioner and spray a good leave- in conditioner. Avoid hot tools as much as possible. Learn how to blow dry your hair smooth instead of grabbing for the flatiron. Also hair, skin, and nail vitamins can helps. I'm a hairdresser.
