Hair dryness

expecting with child and my hair is so dry and feels awful. what can i do to get it back to silk y and healthy any suggestions on safe products? it does have biolange blond and caramel at bottom plus lovely gray showing! please help i need a make over asap! i need a new and healthy look any suggestions? on cuts and color that are hip to 2019

The hair is dead to begin with. heat will dry it out and split it down the middle. Egg and beer. Tthan damp run a Tresseme or argon oil in it and pat dry with towel
