Hair breakage

My hair over the past year has been getting seriously damaged! I don’t use heat on it anymore, and I wear a silk bonnet and everything but there’s sooooo many split ends and it won’t grow!! Someone pls send some advice or good moisturizing hair recommendations. I have fine blonde hair

Breaking hair unfortunately doesn’t need moisture, it needs strength and that comes from protein based products.
