Hair Spray Help Needed

I have long, straight hair that stylists often describe as "slippery". My hair doesn't hold a curl well. Of course - I've always loved a big bouncy blow out and just got a set of T3 hot rollers to achieve this look. I'm now hunting for the right product to hold a curl and allow for bouncy movement without the sticky, crunchy feel of firm holding hair spray. Should I be looking for a texturizing spray or something else? Any suggested products?
