My hair doesn't grow fast and I would like it to be longer, any tips on what shampoo and conditioner can help me?

I use rosemary essential oil once a week! Massage it into your scalp and it stimulates hair growth! I usually mix about 5-10 drops in with a couple of tablespoons either coconut oil or olive oil. If you want amore indulgent hair masque (that's grown my hair about four inches) I do 2 tbs olive oil, 2 tbs coconut oil, 2 tbs honey and 1 egg. If I have it laying around, I'll do 5-10 drops rosemary oil and about 5 drops of lavender oil. Massage it from roots to ends and leave it in as long as possible, but at least 30 mins. Your hair will feel amazing after you wash it out ☺️ As for shampoo, I'd recommend going organic, all the chemicals in normal shampoo can actually contribute to hair loss. I personally like SheaMoisture (bonus that it smells great)

Does coconut oil really work ?

I've been using it for 6 months now and I've seen my fringe growing out way faster than ever! Let along that. My hair from the bottom has got so much healthier and longer! I tend to put it on once a week for at least two hours and wash it out!
