Hair Help

Does anyone know what kind of damage is on my hair? is it just frizz, flyaways, humidity? Breakage, split ends? I can’t tell.

My hair tend to get oily and I get flaky/ itchy scalp if I don't wash it within 3 days so I wouldn't think it's on the dry side. I use heat once a week and some weeks I go without it and I also use the microfiber turban to dry my hair.

Any advise on what this is and how I can fix it?Capture 3.GIFCapture 1.GIFCapture.GIF20210901_104935.jpg

@ZaraConnor

You don’t have damage - you have frizz. It can

be a combination of humidity causing frizz or you just have a hair texture that isn’t smooth. I don’t know what the weather is where you live however when there is moisture in the air our hair is effected unless you use an anti humectant. You must style your hair smooth then spray the anti humectant before going on with your day.

Re: Hair Help

My damage looks similar.  Like you, I do not use a lot of heat, and when I do use heat, I always use a heat protectant. I think that my damage is due to bushing/combing too much.  I am not sure if I need more moisture or more protein.
