HELP! Need recommendations for THICK but fine, slightly wavy (if I'm lucky) limp, dull, oily scalp hair

My hair sucks. It's fine but I have a lot of hair so it's weighed down even more. I have an oily scalp but dry damaged ends. It's rarely shiny, usually very dull looking and frizzy. And to top it all off it falls limp unless I've just gotten it coloured. I prefer when it's wavy but it tends to fall limp instead. I'm grateful for any help you can give me, I'm desperate to fix whatever is wrong with my mane.
