Growing Longer Hair

Hi! I have naturally thick beach waves and I am trying to grow my hair out really long as fast as possible! I cut a lot of my hair off in November and want to know what helps!

I've been growing my hair out for years now and it just got to hip length. My biggest tip is to stop washing your hair everyday if that's something you do. And to try your hardest to keep it healthy. Long hair doesn't look very good if it's not healthy and hair doesn't grow very fast if it keeps breaking! As it gets longer definitely incorporate a hair oil into your routine!

This is kind of a "duh" type answer, but I also have naturally thick wavy hair and what works best for me is just to take Biotin every day and keep my hair very hydrated. My hair grows very fast and because I don't use hot tools very often the tips look healthy enough that I don't need to keep cutting them. Good luck!
