Frizzy hair

Any advice on frizzy hair? My hair is extremely healthy I never use heat on it because it’s naturally stick straight, it’s not dry or oily. Even if I blow dry it it’s very frizzy, mostly at the scalp area or if I put it up in a bun then it’s frizzy all over. I’ve never had any problems with my hair besides when I graduated college and started night shift I lost a little bit and I’ve started using nioxin and vitamins and it’s helped with it falling out. But it’s pretty much been frizzy like this my whole life.
