Frizzy hair on the top of my head, oily scalp. Help?

When I had virginal/dark blonde hair, my hair seemed the most frizzy around my scalp. The thing is, my hair would get oily really quickly, and it would still be frizzy! I moved away from sulfate products, cut my hair as regularly as I could, conditioned like crazy, but no luck. I lifted my hair up to platinum blonde recently and now my hair surprisingly doesn't get oily as fast as it used to, but as it is now slightly more frizzy on my ends and porous, I try not to add too much heat. Styling never helped much before either way.

Any recommendations?

RE: Frizzy hair on the top of my head, oily scalp. Help?

Coconut oil, leave-in conditioner, and hairdressers invisible oil is all I need to tame my frizz. I have wavy hair that loves to frizz up year round. I found doing a minimum of one coconut oil treatment a week helps a lot all on its own! I take about half a cup of coconut oil melt it in the microwave let it cool and cover my hair with it then wrap my hair in a towel either over night or at least an hour which ever you’re comfortable with. (the longer the better though) Then I wash it out like normal. I like to use my leave-in conditioner and hair oil daily starting at my ends and working my way up. I hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions! Also if you dye your hair doing a coconut oil treatment the night before helps your hair take in the color better while also protecting your hair from further damage.
