Flat, long, blonde boring hair

I have very fine, flat hair and want to add volume.  Whenever I curl it or blow dry it, it falls flat before I get to where I'm going.  Any suggestions on products or how to style my hair??

To get my hair to have volume and hold curl I spray with...

To get my hair to have volume and hold curl I spray with dry shampoo after I shampoo & blow dry.  It muses up the hair a bit and gives it a little more staying power.  It also works well when trying to get an updo more secure.
